SeamlessCV is a self-service software product that provides AI-powered resume analysis and optimization features, including ATS compatibility analysis, resume scoring, job-description matching, keyword and skill analysis, and AI-assisted resume improvement suggestions.
Refunds
Because SeamlessCV provides digital services that can be accessed and used immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once the purchased features or credits have been accessed or used, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you are unable to access a feature you purchased because of a technical issue with SeamlessCV, please contact us. We will first attempt to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a refund.
Subscription Purchases
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may cancel it at any time to prevent future renewals.
Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for payments already made, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is otherwise approved.
You will retain access to the applicable paid features until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases provide access to the features or usage described at the time of purchase.
Once the purchased digital service, analysis, credits, or other paid functionality has been used, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Please include the email address associated with your SeamlessCV account and details of the purchase.
We will review refund requests individually and respond within a reasonable period.
Approved refunds will be returned through the payment method or payment provider used for the original transaction, where possible.
